We are building the conversation we wish we had started earlier: calmer, clearer, and well before it becomes urgent.

Samuel A. Gold, MD

Board-Certified Urologist | Urologic Oncology & Men’s Health

Dr. Samuel Gold is a board-certified urologist with expertise across men’s health, urologic oncology, minimally invasive surgery, and complex urologic care. He completed his urology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and fellowship training in Urologic Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. As Chief Medical Officer of Kouros, Dr. Gold helps guide the company’s clinical strategy, medical standards, care pathways, and approach to building a more proactive model for men’s reproductive health.

Fertility data is sensitive. Here is exactly what happens to your sample, your results, and your contact information.

Your sample

Collect at home and return it in the prepaid, discreet packaging we provide. It is processed by a licensed laboratory partner using barcoded, standard-chain-of-custody workflows. Your sample is used only for the testing you requested unless you separately opt in to anything further.

Your results

Results are reviewed by an independent licensed clinician before being released to your private account. They are viewable only by you, and you control whether — and with whom — you share them.

How we use your email

Your email is used to confirm your waitlist spot, share product updates, and send fertility and reproductive health education you can act on. We never sell your email, and you can unsubscribe from any update with one click.

Data security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict access to need-to-know staff, and follow industry practices for protecting sensitive health information. You can request account or data deletion at any time by contacting us.
